"Cooking with Starport Foods" - Rice in the Oven

Hi,

This is my first post for the daring chefs category! I have not yet tried a challenge (I still have to figure out how to use the website) but I'm excited! Love to cook and experiment. Here are some of my most recent creations.

I made these for my roommate's birthday last monday. A mystery rainbow roll, a lemon cilantro salmon roll, and a classic spicy tuna roll. Dipping sauce was a mix of teriyaki, wasabi, soy sauce, mayo and saracha.
